Up to $50,000 City Home Purchase Assistance
Take advantage of up to $50,000 in financing incentives available through the Atlanta Development Authority!
As part of its efforts for economic growth and development, the Atlanta Development Authority (ADA) has financing assistance of up to $50,000 for qualified homeowners. Purchase a new or resale home in Atlanta to take advantage of the ADA Homeownership Programs. Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed’s audio feed on the ADA website says, “The door to intown living is open, step inside.”
Several programs are a part of the ADA offerings; qualify for one or more of them. The incentive programs are not just for first time homebuyers but they are only for purchases inside the City of Atlanta. Home purchase prices may be up to the mid $200,000’s with some having no pricing limits, if certain location qualifications are met.
