South Fulton Realtor Battling Squatters

Realtor says she's been battling with a family of 11 squatters who keep going back into a home on Butner Road, according to a local news report.

A metro Atlanta realtor said she's been battling with squatters who keep going back into a southwest Fulton County home on Butner Road, according to a story on the WBS-TV website.

Realtor Kimberly Glover said a family of at least 11 people moved into a nearly $450,000 home for free back in December.

"This is fraud and this is not legal whatsoever," she said.

She's been trying to market and sell the foreclosed, bank-owned property. In addition, the story reports, Glover said the family returned even after police charged three adults with criminal trespass and they threatened her with a burglary charge after she changed the locks.
