Writing and Study Skills Workshop for High Schoolers!!!

Too many students graduate from high school and enter college without having one of the most fundamental basic skills mastered--that skill is writing.

 

One of the amazing things about Catalyst Achievers, LLC is that we understand what comprises a world class education. We are offering a 2-day writing practicum for high school students on December 7th 9:30am-3:30pm and December 8th, 2013 12:30pm-4:30pm. The cost of the workshop is $25 per student. We will also be kicking off a 12-week writing course to help students hone their skills in developing a thesis and providing supporting content in an eloquent manner. This course begins January 5, 2013, and takes place 2pm-5:30pm. The course covers the following topics:

Grammar mechanics

Vocabulary

Reading Assignments

Literary Commentary

Elements of Writing and Style

The cost of the course is $250, but only $50 is required to reserve a space in the class, with the remaining due on January 11th.
