APD Homicide Unit is Conducting a Neighborhood Canvassing to Help Solve the Danforth Road Murder
APD will be canvassing the Danforth Road and Cascade Road areas on Thursday starting at 4:30pm.
The community was rocked to its core a few weeks ago when a young man was found dead with a gunshot wound, in the middle of Danforth Road in Southwest Atlanta.
The crime has continued to go unsolved and reportedly there are very few new leads. To help stir up a few leads in the case, the Atlanta Police is conducting a neighborhood canvassing event on Thursday evening to try to acquire some help from the community.
The Atlanta Police department has said that everyone is welcome to join them and community leaders on Thursday and released the following statement.
