UPDATE: One Person Dead In SW Atlanta Shooting
The incident occurred early Saturday morning.
One person is confirmed dead in a southwest Atlanta shooting early Saturday morning.
"Police responded to 440 Altoona Place in reference to a persons-shot call," said police spokesman Curtis Davenport to Patch. Three individuals were found shot on the scene, and one - a 15-year-old female - died on the scene.
The other two victims "are listed in stable condition," Davenport said. "The motive of the incident is unknown at this time."

The name of the third victim has not been released, pending family notification, according to CBS News Atlanta 46.
Channel 2 Action News is reporting that police have one or possibly more suspects, "but the identity of the suspect has not been confirmed," Davenport told Patch.
