APD Searching for Persons in Connection With Recent SW Atlanta Murder

Investigators are trying to identify three people seen in a recently released surveillance video.


The Atlanta Police Department is looking for three people seen in a surveillance video in connection with a recent southwest Atlanta homicide.

The department released the video late Friday evening.

"Investigators conducted a canvass of the area and obtained surveillance footage from a nearby business," police said in a statement.

The homicide occurred on Ralph David Abernathy Boulevard on Jan. 16.

Police said the individuals in the video are not suspects, but that "investigators would like to identify and speak with these individuals as part of the ongoing investigation."

Anyone with information on the three people in the video is asked to call Atlanta Police Homicide Investigators at 404-546-4235 or Crime Stoppers at 404-577-8477.
