Crime Stoppers Raises Award for Information in the Shooting of Two Toddlers

The award will be raised for info on who shot 2 toddlers last weekend, killing 1 of them.

Crime Stoppers has announced that they have increased their reward from a maximum of $2000 to a maximum of $5000 for information on the homicide that occurred on 11-03-2012 around 1:30am.

On 11-03-2012 around 1:30am officers responded to the 2200 block of Polar Rock Place in southwest Atlanta regarding a person shot call. Upon arrival officers found two children had been shot. One child was transported to Scottish Rite Hospital and is in critical condition. The other child was transported to Grady Hospital and subsequently died from the injuries. The preliminary investigation indicates that the shots came from outside the home. Atlanta Police Homicide Investigators are investigating the shooting.
