Decomposed Body Found In Abandoned Cascade House
Cause of death has not yet been determined.
Atlanta police are investigating the remains of a badly decomposed body found Wednesday afternoon in Cascade's Witchita Drive area.
"On Wednesday, the APD's Missing Persons Unit was in the area canvassing for a missing person when an officer found badly decomposed remains in the rear of an abandoned house at 1353 Wichita Drive," said APD spokesman Carlos Campos. "The remains have not been identified at this time, and the cause of death is pending autopsy."
