Fulton Jail Inmate Takes Own Life

Officials said the section of the jail where the 22-year-old committed suicide was adequately staffed.

A troubled inmate at the Fulton County Jail used towels and blankets to hang himself shortly after he had been taken off suicide watch officials announced on Monday.

Officials said the section of the jail where the 22-year-old took his life was adequately staffed. For several years, the jail has battled against being understaffed.
