News Nearby: Illegal Club on Welcome All Road Raided by Police

Alcohol, gambling machines, and strippers were all found at "Little Brazil" on Welcome All Road.

Atlanta Police are calling an illegal club on Welcome All Road a miniature Las Vegas, full of bars, pool tables, video poker, and stripper poles.  "Little Brazil" was the name used for the location within a 2-story warehouse near Camp Creek.

According to APD, "this was a joint investigation conducted by our VICE and License/Permits Units after receiving numerous complaints that some type of illegal adult entertainment/gambling operation was operating out of 3414 Welcome All Rd."

The raid came overnight, and police officers were seen carrying out boxes of beer, liquor and video gambling machines.  Officers say the business did not have a business license, nor a liquor license.  Two arrests were made, one being the owner and the other not identified.

According to Gregory Lyon, "both were charged with operating a business without a license, Operating gaming machines without a license, and serving alcohol without a permit."

Because of the undercover nature of the investigation, all of the information about the case is just starting to be released.  Cascade Patch has learned that approximately 6 pallets of liquor, beer, and wine were seized along with 5 gambling machines.
