Chukwudi Ndudikwa, 22, pleads his innocence and submits his DNA as proof.

Chukwudi Ndudikwa, 22, is one of 3 Morehouse students accused of raping a Spelman student at a Spring Break party off-campus.

According to WSB-TV who spoke to Ndudikwa and his lawyer, "(Ndudikwa) was in the room but never touched her. He said the witness who claimed he did is mistaken. He said that will be clear when the test comes back."

Ndudikwa offered up his DNA sample to attempt to prove that he did not have sex with the victim, nor did he even touch the victim.

He told WSB-TV,  "he is looking forward to getting back to school and getting his degree. He says if he could change anything that night it would be he wouldn't have been in that room."
