UPDATE: Police Release Photos of Suspects in a Shop Owners Death on Joseph E. Boone

Police need your help identifying the 3 men in the photos.

Update: Otis Ricks, has been arrested for this murder.  He was captured within 24 hours of this incident at 632 Old Dixie Hwy at The Hotel Magnolia.  More arrest are expected, according to Officer Kim Jones.    

According to APD reports, 3 men are wanted for questioning in the death of the business owner at O.T.'s Lounge and Soul Food Grill, within Simpson Plaza off of Joseph E. Boone.  The shooting occurred on Thursday morning just after 2 a.m. at 2079 Joseph E. Boone.  This crime was not committed directly within out Cascade Patch, but due to the seriousness we wanted to help the police distribute the suspect's photos.

On August 16, 2012, at approximately 2:08 am, unit 1108 was patrolling the area of New Jersey and J.E. Boone when he heard what he thought were gunshots. He drove his patrol vehicle into the parking lot of Simpson Plaza, and saw people emerging from O.T.’s Lounge and Soul Food Grill. A pair of patrons got into a vehicle, drove up to the officer, and told him that there had been a shooting inside of the business. The officer entered the business and discovered the proprietor suffering from several gunshot wounds. Grady EMS arrived, and said the victim was deceased.
