Police Seek Help Identifying the Southwest Atlanta Family Dollar Bandit

This suspect is wanted in relation to 2 separate Family Dollar store robberies.

The Atlanta Police Department has released this sketch and more details involving the robbery of 2 local Family Dollar stores.  Both 807 Cascade Avenue store and the 35oo Martin Luther King Drive store were robbed by this particular individual, the police believe.

According to Officer John Chafee, "the first robbery occurred on 5-26-2013 at 3500 Martin Luther King Jr Drive and the second occurred on 6-2-2013 at 807 Cascade Ave."  APD told Cascade Patch that, "Atlanta Police Commercial Robbery Investigators are asking for assistance in identifying a male suspected of robbing two Family Dollar stores," and they asked us to distribute this sketch.

According to the witness descriptions, the suspect is a young man who pretends to buy a small item, but when the cash register opens to give him change he produces a handgun and tells the cashier to give him all the money.  His photo is attached.
