The Atlanta Police department found a treasure full of stolen property at the house of 63 year-old Beverly Barnes, who was arrested for "theft by taking and maintaining a disorderly house."
Over the past few months residents around the Mozeley Park area have been complaining about break-ins that result in stolen electronics and stolen appliances.
"Over a couple of months' time, we believe there were 10 to 20 burglaries in the area that are possibly linked to [Barnes'] home," Atlanta Police Lt. Jeff Baxter said.
According to the AJC, "Police said they executed a search warrant Thursday at the home, in the 1500 block of Mozley Place, and seized dozens of laptop computers, printers, external hard drives, computer towers and monitors, wireless routers, radios, cameras, lawnmowers, chainsaws, power tools and bicycles. Barnes was arrested."
Police would like potential victims to call investigators at the Zone 1 precinct at 404-799-2487.
