Kim Jones with the Atlanta Police Department has confirmed to Cascade Patch that on, "Friday, November 1, at approximately 12:25 am, Zone 4 patrol units responded to a person shot call at 1935 Allison Ct SW."
The responding officers located a black male that had been shot and died shortly after the patrol units arrived.
According to the police, the victim did not have any identification on his body. Officer Jones says, "at this point in the investigation no witnesses have been located and the motive is unknown."
WSB is reporting that, "crime scene techs and homicide units focused their investigation in the breezeway and courtyard of the Brentwood Village Apartments."
