Suspects Still At Large In Student Robberies

The incident occurred late Tuesday night.


Atlanta police are still looking for two suspects who robbed two Clark Atlanta students late Tuesday night.

The robbery occurred at the intersection of Joseph Lowery Boulevard and Beckwith Street.

Police responded to a pedestrian robbery call at 11:28 pm, according to Atlanta Police spokesperson Officer Kim Jones. "The two victims, a male and a female, stated they were walking south on Parsons Street when two younger black males approached them with a handgun and took the female's handbag and the male's wallet."

No injuries occurred during the incident, Jones said.

"Officers canvassed the area but could not locate the suspects," she said.
