West End Tattoo Shop Murder Suspect in Custody

1 person has been arrested in connection to the Lee Street shooting and murder.

The Atlanta Police Department released survelliance camera footage of 3 suspects who were wanted in connection to the deadly shooting that occured on Janurary 16th at the tattoo parlor located at 806 Lee Street.

The video was first released over the weekend, and on Monday the police department had 1 suspect in custody.

On January 27, 2013 Det. K. Leonpacher was able to ascertain additional probable cause to secure two Fulton County Arrest Warrants for the charges of Armed Robbery,  Murder, and Aggravated Assault on Clifford Harris (B/M, DOB 03/10/1990).  Det. Leonpacher interviewed and served Harris with the outstanding arrest warrants.  Harris was transported from PSHQ to Fulton County Jail without incident.

Anton Johnson, was the owner of the shop and was killed at the scene of the crime.  Comments left after publishing our first article on the incident, indicated that Johnson was a well-loved business man who had recently moved to the area to start a new business for the community he loved.

The 2 other suspects seen in the video are still wanted for questioning.
