The single box culvert at Niskey Creek was damaged by storms and flooding that occurred in the area in 2009.  Funding for the repairs is provided by the Georgia Emergency Management Agency.

It was reported to Patch that, "the fire station (Fulton #23) that normally responds to homes in the area may be slightly delayed if they are on the other side of Wilson Mill."
