Several southwest Atlanta elementary schools are on the Atlanta Schools' drawing board for mergers and closings, according to sources with the Atlanta Public Schools system.
At a meeting Tuesday evening at Douglass High School, APS officials presented four comprehensive scenerios for closing or merging schools across the district. Included in several scenerios were the following southwest Atlanta-area schools:
