News outlets including AJC.com and the News and Observer are saying the college submitted a $20 million plan to a bankruptcy court this past Friday.
According to the articles, the proposal includes selling some property. Money from FD LLC, whose interests include holdings in Family Dollar, would also be involved in the deal.
