A Night of Family Fitness Fun

The Salvation Army Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center and Sole Jumpers Inc. is hosting a night of family fitness fun.  Sole Jumpers Inc. Old School Double Dutch Challenge and Wii™ Family Night is intended to engage local youth and adults in a night of fitness fun while encouraging some enjoyable exercise habits. Everyone is welcome to compete in the Wii™ Family Night Contest and adults of all ages are invited to to jump down memory lane during the Old School Double Dutch Challenge.

Double Dutch participants will be judged on three different categories: the longest jumpers, best style jumper, and oldest jumper.  Winners will receive a framed certificate and a jump rope courtesy of Sole Jumpers Inc.

The Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center will run a six-week Sole Jumpers Double Dutch Jump Rope Program April 15 – May 20 for boys and girls ages 6-17.  Course registration will be available onsite during the event.

Here is the schedule: 

• 5:30pm – 6:00pm Open Registration
• 6:00pm – 8:30pm Double Dutch Challenge & Wii™ Games Begin
• 5:30pm – 8:30pm Open Registration 6-week Double Dutch Class
