Come and join in all the fun for the Summer Reading Kickoff with Lingual Kids' Culture Shock program and literacy through hip hop with storyteller Mr. Tariq.  Enjoy some cotton candy, popcorn and snow cones, and even jump around in the moon walk.  Plus, you can register for the Summer Reading Program.
