Walmart Continues its Opening Celebrations and Brings Falcons Player Brent Grimes to Sign Autographs
On Saturday, Falcons player Brent Grimes will be in store to sign autographs.
To celebrate the grand opening of the new Walmart Supercenter in Atlanta’s Historic Westside Village, the new store will host a family-friendly event on Saturday, January 26th.
The store opened Wednesday, Jan. 23 with great turnout by the community and local leaders, and will continue the celebration through the weekend. The event will include a celebrity appearance by veteran NFL corner-back Brent Grimes with an autograph session and pictures with fans.

Brent Grimes is a six-year veteran of the NFL, entering the league after a stellar collegiate career at Shippensburg University. During his six seasons, Grimes has played in 59 games, making 254 tackles and intercepting 13 passes, including a career-high six during the 2009 season. He missed most of the 2012 season with an Achilles injury suffered the first week of the season.

The event will take place on Saturday, Jan. 26, from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
The Brent Grimes appearance is scheduled from 1 – 2:30 p.m.
