Will Southwest Atlanta be Represented at Saturday's Neighborhood 10k Challenge?

The Atlanta BeltLine Running Series is hosting a 10k RACE on Saturday, December 1st.

The Atlanta BeltLine Running Series is hosting a 10k RACE on Saturday, December 1st.  NPU's from across the city, over the past few months, have been organizing local runners to participate and show that their neighborhood is up for the challenge.  Neighborhood groups are invited to come out and either WALK, RUN or VOLUNTEER for a shot at a grand prize and bragging rights.

The BeltLine hosts runs throughout the year to support the annual commitment campaign for the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership, which supports programs vital to the success of the Atlanta BeltLine project which has helped to beautify local parks like Washington Park and also built splash pads at Perkerson Park, which kids loved this past summer.

Neighborhood winners and the prizes will be awarded to the fastest team, the largest team, and the most spirited team at the 10K.  They are also working with Atlanta Intown to highlight the winning teams.
