Photos: Kids and Parents enjoy the Summer Reading Kick-Off event at the SW Library

Face painting was the highlight to the Summer Reading Kick-off event held Saturday afternoon at the Southwest Library Branch on Cascade Rd.

held another stellar event for children of all ages on Saturday afternoon.  There was a "Bouncy House", a real Fire Truck, food, animals, and the people's favorite; face painting.

Everyone had a great time and were happily surprised to see Cascade Patch out there and covering events in their town.

We came to see the Zoo Mobile but loved the face painting and got lots of books to get started on or summer reading lists. I couldn't stop starting at my daughter add a cat! Lol plus I signed up for adult classes.
