Wolf Creek Amphitheater Hosts V103's First Annual GospelFest featuring Mary Mary

The concert featuring three-time Grammy Award Winners Mary Mary along with Gospel Singer Canton Jones will be held Saturday, April 27, 2013.


The Wolf Creek Amphitheater presents the V103 First Annual Gospel Fest featuring Mary Mary, the ground breaking sister duo in concert on Saturday, April 27, 2013, at 3:00 p.m.  

Mary Mary, siblings born Erica Campbell and Tina Campbell, broke through on the Gospel circuit in 2000 with their pioneering crossover hit “Shackles (Praise You).” The duo makes music to spread the good news of the world and to inspire and uplift people of all generations.

Gospel and three-time Gospel Choice Award winner Canton Jones will open up the show to begin an afternoon of spirit-filled music.  Jones’ songs “Love Song” and “Stay Saved” have brought him to the attention of music greats and has landed him on stage with Gospel powerhouses such as: Kirk Franklin, Smokie Norful, Dr. Bobby Jones and Kiki Clark-Sheard.

Songwriter and amazing singer William Murphy will be featured at the Gospel Fest as well. Murphy’s smash hit “Praise is What I Do” was on the Shekinah Glory Ministries’ 2002 gold selling album.  He is known as one of the brightest lights and anointed voices in contemporary praise & worship music. Murphy’s makes music that crosses all lines of ages, creed and color.  He has his own label and the release of his debut album “The Sound” has pushed him to the forefront of contemporary gospel.

V103’s “Sunday Morning Praise,” radio show host Larry Tinsley.  Tinsley is being recognized for 25 years of service as one of the top gospel music radio announcers in the industry.

Wolf Creek Amphitheater is located at 3025 Merk Road, Atlanta, GA 30349. Patrons may enter the venue from the Enon Road entrance as well.

Guests are allowed to bring their own food and drinks however, NO alcoholic beverages are allowed.  Parking at the venue is $10.00.
