Community Update

I'm looking for a personal injury lawyer for my brother. He's in the hospital, so he can't look for one himself. The person who is suing him got out completely unscathed, yet my brother is the one being sued. He needs a lawyer to represent him, but he hasn't been conscious for the past week. Would you still be able to represent him even though he's not conscious?
