5 Things Around Town This Weekend - Enjoy the Holiday Season

School is out and it may be the perfect time to take the family for a special treat this weekend.

Here are just some events happening around town to help plan your weekend activities.  If you are hosting an event it is easy to submit it to our calendar, just go to the Events Page!

Normally we feature only local events in and around the Cascade area, but because it is still a holiday weekend, we figure you may want to venture out a little.  Enjoy!

- Holiday in Lights at Centennial Olympic Park. Thousands of lights illuminate the 21-acre park. Through Jan. 2. Park is open 7 a.m.-11 p.m. Free.  404-223-4412, www.centennialpark.com.
