The Cascade Patch Weekender - Get Out!

Once again another long week is coming to an end. Now the weekend is here and you have nothing planned. No worries, Cascade Patch is here to help plan your activities.

  • 17th Annual Downtown Dash for Diabetes 5K Run/Walk - The Diabetes Association of Atlanta, Inc. (DAA) invites you to join us for the 17th Annual   Downtown Dash for Diabetes 5K run/Walk.  Join us for music, food and an entire morning of family fun festivities. The race starts Saturday, June 22, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. in Hurt Park
  • Westview Summer Solstice Celebration - Join the Westview Community Organization for an afternoon of music, art, crafts, and food on Saturday, June 22nd, 2013 from 2:00pm to 8:00pm along Muse Street (next to the BeltLine path) as part of Westview’s Summer Solstice Celebration!
  • Atlanta's Green Fun Fest - The Atlanta Green Fun Fest is a free family friendly, green/eco festival taking place at Historic Grant Park.  There will be a children's area, farmers market, vendor bazaar, advocacy area, entertainment, food truck alley.
  • The Great American Backyard Campout On June 22nd, join National Wildlife Federation (NWF) and the West Atlanta Watershed Alliance (WAWA) for our 3rd annual Great American Backyard Campout (GABC)!  The GABC is a chance for families in Southwest Atlanta to experience overnight camping and outdoor exploration at the Outdoor Activity Center
  • A TASTE OF BETHEL - Bethel United Methodist Church - This event is open to all members and friends of Bethel. There will be door prizes, music, fresh south Georgia watermelons, and lots of fun.
