RE: Have Not Received My Deposit
De'Auna, I have not received my deposit yet. I'm sure there isn't a problem receiving my deposit back. The place was a mess when I moved in it with many needed repairs and roach infestation, due to my exboyfriend running over me with a UHAUL truck 12/12/09, but I moved in. I dealt with loud people in #79G-2, raining in the apartment around base of the living room floor and windows & more. When I moved my family helped clean that apartment from top to bottom. Antonio, Maintenance Supervisor, didn't even recognize that apartment-attached a few photos to remind you the condition of the apartment. I look forward to receiving confirmation on the situation.

This is a 3rd attempt to receive my $200 deposit. I need my money, being crippled and in financial hardship. If I have not received it in 10 days, I will be taking further actions with my atty. & government officials.

Wow I dont get that from her at all. I've been here in my townhome for 2 months now and love it! This place is a little hidden secret in sw Atlanta. My townhome is HUGE, the rent is affordable, i have a bath and half, huge patio, w/d connects, huge kitchen, g-normous mstr bedroom, its total electric (WOWHO NO GAS BILL!),my water is free, the community is small, its very quiet and kept up pretty well, and the added bonus is that the staff are friendly, attentive from my experience, and have been more than willing to address any of my concerns so far. Not to mention, instead of paying some huge deposit, the manager (she so sweet, looks like a baby doll) offered me a 1 time only administrative fee (INSANE)! The only con is that the apts are a little older, I think she said they were built in 1972; however i still think they are great for the price. I would and def have suggested this place to friends and co-workers (ME LIKEY REFERRAL BONUSES LOL) that are looking for an apt.
