I rate Picadilly with a A+ the Food is great howvere the decoration NEEDS a serious face Lift. I wonder why our Afro American Resturants are alwasy the very last to see new anything. I truly remember when Green BRIAR was the very 2nd premieer MALL in the city. But when the 80's came, all the White Stores MOVED out! Penny's, Thompson Boland Lee, Havety's, JJ Riggins, 579, Casual Corners, Franklin Simon, Regenstiens just to name a few. Oh how sad. Then Many of us started naming it BLACK-Brair, still seriously oh so shabby to do that.
