Southwest Arts Center

<p>The Southwest Arts Center is a neighborhood facility dedicated to bringing art classes, cultural programs and events to the southwest Atlanta community. The center offers classes in visual arts, film making, dance, music and other disciplines.</p> <p>The center is operated by the Fulton County Arts Council, which manages five similar centers across the metro area.</p> <p>According to the council's website, the center is "dedicated to providing quality arts instruction and programs to the community in a positive and creative environment."
