Southwest Christian Academy is a private, Christian school founded in 1986. It is located in the Ben Hill neighborhood off Campbellton Road. The school's motto is "mixing fait with learning." Accordingly, the school was founded under the belief that a well-rounded education must include teachings on moral character and Biblical instruction.
Southwest Atlanta Christian Academy is comprised of an Early Learning Center and three separate academies for elementary, middle, and high school students. Tuition rates vary for each academy.
Students are also able to participate in a range of extracurricular activities including baseball, basketball, football, track, cheerleading, volleyball, French Club, Spanish Club, Chess Club, and Robotics Club.
The eight acre campus includes a modern gym, complete with a fitness center, weight room, and indoor track, as well as a media center with a dyslexia teaching and learning center.
