First of all i have to say, i love starbucks coffee and customer service there is awesome, but when i visited this starbucks i was highly disappointed, there speed is not fast anough and there was this one employee that really erked me she was black and had dreads, she was rude and had an attitude i really cant see how she lasts talking to customers with her smug attitude over all i was not pleased, that store needs to get better employees that care because starbucks is about great customer servive. The starbucks at casacade has better service.
