The mission of the centers is to, "provide high-quality and culturally competent behavioral health services to the most in-need citizens of Fulton County."

The center accepts Medicaid and Medicare and offers outpatient behavioral health services to Fulton County residents, regardless of their ability to pay. Group therapy classes at the center include those targeting "stress management," "hope and recovery," "coping skills" and "depression."
