Female Clark Atlanta Student Robbed at Gunpoint on Campus

Police search for a group of men who robbed a young woman on CAU's campus Tuesday night.

WSB-TV reported late last night that dozen of Atlanta Police officers were canvassing the area around the AUC and specifically Clark Atlanta University looking for information on a group of young men who robbed a young female student at gunpoint. According to multiple reports including from Channel 2, the student said that "a group of four young men approached her, and when they got close, she saw the men were wearing ski masks and one of them had on a bandanna, one of the men pointed a gun at the side of her head and told her to hand over her stuff or he would shoot her." Alexis Jones-Rhodes is understandably shaken up and even thinking of returning home and leaving Clark Atlanta University.  Campus police immediately informed APD and …

I don't think anyone can ban someone from a city. Plus in Fluton county the prison is full of repeat offenders. I'm not talking about kids, I'm talking about responsible 21 year olds with a license. I'm suggesting to lift the ban(gun free zone) so the criminal might think twice about robbing/raping someone on campus.   more ›
