Man Shot and Killed by Police at West End Mall

9:00 p.m. Wednesday night an APD officer shot and killed a suspect at West End Mall

A suspect was shot and killed by an Atlanta Police Department officer on Wednesday night at West End Mall in Southwest Atlanta. (Note: This happened just hours after we left the mall and covered the Free HIV Testing Event that was such a nice event and attended by 200 or more people.) According to WSB-TV, a witness told them that he, "just saw the truck at the front, and then the police pulled in, I think maybe three, and they jumped out and yelled, 'Freeze,' and a little after that, I heard the shots and people started running towards us,".
