Shooting in West End's Bank of America Parking Lot

3 people injured during robbery attempt in West End

Zone 4 police are investigating a triple shooting in the parking lot of Bank of America, West End location. According to police officers on the scene, they believe the altercation occurred from a sale gone bad. Police said it all started with a bad Craigslist computer sale.  The seller and the purchaser agreed to meet at the Bank of America parking lot, after the "customer" discovered the computer he bought did not work.  The purchaser brought his friend and when they all met to discuss the broken computer, shots were fired leaving around 15 shell casings and all three of them shot. They all are at Grady Hospital now with no life threatening injuries. Who shot first was not immediately clear at this point.  Police have all 3 in custody.

Though you may get a good deal, and though you may have been lucky a few times (like I have been)...it is not worth the risk. Do you still buy products from Craigslist? Any tips?   more ›
