Mr. Cotton started working in the J.R. Cricket business in 1995 and has never looked back. Sitting in his office inside the Camp Creek location of The Tavern @ J.R. Crickets, Mr. C schooled me about the drive and determination that an entrepreneur must have to make it in the restaurant and bar business. Mr. Cotton admits to having ups and downs along the way these past 20 years, but overall he says he has succeeded. Cotton is careful not to scare any budding young businessmen away from their dreams, but he is stern in his warning that you must have a passion and not think its all about the money.
