Fulton County Offers Free Session on Managing Asthma at the Adamsville Health Center

The session will take place on Thursday, August 16, 2012 from 6:00pm – 7:00pm.

As part of its Fulton Asthma Improvement and Reduction Project (F.A.I.R.), Fulton County Health Services will offer a free education session for all concerned residents to help them learn how to identify and manage asthma. The session will take place on Thursday, August 16, 2012 from 6:00pm – 7:00pm at the Adamsville Regional Health Center located at 3700 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Atlanta, GA 30331. A licensed Respiratory Therapist will leach attendees how to: • Identify signs of an asthma episode • Identify asthma triggers • Manage asthma episodes • How to make your home healthy and • Receive asthma medication information Light refreshments will be served. Job search assistance located in the new Adamsville Regional Health Center

The Workforce Development office is now open in the new Adamsville Heath Center.

Cascade Patch has already taken you on a private tour of the brand new, high quality Adamsville Health Center located in Southwest Atlanta, and now its workforce program is now open to jobseekers. The office opened following the June 2012 opening of the Health Center at 3700 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive in SW Atlanta. The facility has a number of NEW computers, and counselors to help those without work find employment.
