Carla Mannings is a commercial lender for the Community Housing Capital (CHC).

With more 20 years of varied experience in banking and financing, she is responsible for loan origination and underwriting and works closely with borrowers across the nation.

Mannings has a degree in journalism from Howard University and is an avid reader.  She is a founding member of Turning Pages Literary Club which celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2011.

Mannings also holds a Masters of Business Administration fromBrenau University.
