The <strong>mission</strong> of Latin Academy is to fully develop the minds and character of its students through a rigorous academic program which will prepare its graduates to enter and succeed in college, live with purpose, and behave with high moral character. 

<strong>Founded:</strong> 2012

<strong>Enrollment:</strong> 92, in grade 6; will be 250 in grades 6-8 when at capacity 

<strong>Location:</strong> 2050 Tiger Flowers Dr,NW 30314. Latin Academy offers transportation to ANY student living in APS boundaries. 

<strong>Curriculum: </strong>Latin Academy is a college-prep middle school, so its students have two periods of math and reading/writing every day, have extensive academic support including at least 50-minutes of Guided Reading and weekly math intensive tutoring, and take a formal Latin class which improves their command of English language vocabulary and logic. The Latin Academy school day runs from 7:20 am to 4pm.
