Triphenya Bailey is a native Douglas Countian and mompreneur who launched her own communications company after working several years in journalism and public relations. Her career included writing and editing positions with Essence magazine, The Macon Telegraph, The Atlanta Voice and The Villa Rican newspapers, as well as media relations and management posts with the City of Atlanta. Triphenya graduated with honors from Atlanta's Spelman College, earning a bachelor of arts degree in English and mass communications. She is married and has two elementary-aged children.
