Impact Worship Center Welcomes Comedian Rod Z for Pastoral Appreciation

Known as the fastest-growing church in Atlanta, Impact Worship Center, located at 4451 S Atlanta Road , Suite 123 in Smyrna is celebrating their Pastoral Appreciation for Pastor Dr. A.T. Jones, Jr. beginning on Friday, September 13th at 7:30pm with special guests, Comedian Rod Z  and Bassist Michael Norwood. This event is open to the public and free of charge. 
 
Best known for his ability to make laughing contagious and who has had the pleasure of opening for acts such as Fred Hammond, Mary Mary, Yolanda Adams and Maze Featuring Frankie Beverly just to name a few, Comedian Rod Z will be the evening’s headliner. Jazz Musician Michael Norwood will grace guests with his skill and versatility which has brought him to the stage with both Grammy Award and American Music Award Winners such as Herbie Hancock, The Rippingtons, Charlie ‘Uncle Charlie’ Wilson, Karen Clark-Sheard, and Algebra Blessett. The weekend will end with special guest speaker, Dr. James White of Heritage Christian Center in Jacksonville, FL.
 
Impact Worship Center is led by Pastor Jones and his beautiful wife, Lady Tonya. Only three-years-old and impacting communities in substantial ways, Impact Worship Center is known for their ‘Tangible Touch’ outreach ministries which includes feeding the homeless, empowering the community through signature events such as “Hope and Help Sunday” at Easter, “The Big Weekend” for back to school and cultivating family and community as well as outreach partnerships through food and clothing drives.  Pastor Jones explains, "It is my desire as the Pastor of such awesome individuals that not only have a desire for more of God, but are intellectuals as well, to support them and encourage them to be successful in life. The motto of our ministry is to remind people who they are – victorious, influential and powerful!” He continues, “[Both] me and my lovely wife are committed to the success of each individual’s journey.”
