Capitol View participates  in the Real Men Read program, where men come to the school and read to students every month.

The school will receive reading materials to encourage reading. Adamsville offers several research-based programs including specialized instruction in science and social studies for grades three to five and single-gender homerooms for the fifth grade. The Adamsville main goal is to have all of its students meet or exceed CRCT testing standards in every subject.
